Taxi Service Policy and Terms & Conditions in Goa

1. General Terms:

By booking a taxi service with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
The service is provided as per availability and is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
All passengers are required to provide accurate contact information while booking the taxi service.
The taxi service operates within Goa, covering all major areas, including Dabolim Airport, Mopa Airport, North Goa, and South Goa.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Advance Booking: Customers are encouraged to book taxis in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from our team via call, SMS, or email.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is available if the booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled ride.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the ride.

3. Payment Policy:


Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment methods at the time of booking or directly to the driver.
Advance Payment: In some cases, an advance payment may be required to secure the booking.
Outstanding Payments: Any outstanding dues must be cleared at the end of the ride.

4. Driver Responsibilities:

Drivers are required to follow all traffic rules and ensure the safety of passengers at all times.
Drivers have the right to refuse a ride if passengers are found intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
The driver will wait for 15 minutes at the pickup location. Beyond this time, a waiting charge may apply.

5. Passenger Responsibilities:

Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The taxi service provider is not liable for any lost items.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the passenger.
Passengers are expected to respect the driver and vehicle during the ride.

6. Luggage Policy:

Passengers can carry standard luggage that fits within the vehicle’s capacity.
Extra luggage must be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure a suitable vehicle is assigned.
The driver may refuse to carry excess or oversized luggage that was not disclosed during booking.

7. Airport Pickup & Drop Policy:

For airport pickups, the driver will wait at the designated meeting point.
For airport drops, passengers must ensure timely arrival at the pickup point to avoid delays.
Additional waiting charges may apply if the driver waits beyond the agreed time.

8. Pricing and Extra Charges:

Base Fare: The fare will be based on the distance traveled and the type of vehicle selected.
Waiting Charges: Waiting charges will apply if the driver waits beyond 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
Night Charges: An additional night charge of 20% may apply for rides between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Toll and Parking Fees: Any toll or parking fees incurred during the ride will be charged to the passenger.

9. Safety & Conduct:

Smoking, drinking, or consuming illegal substances inside the taxi is strictly prohibited.
Passengers must adhere to local laws and behave respectfully towards the driver and other road users.
In case of any emergency, passengers must contact the taxi service provider immediately.

10. Liability Disclaimer:

The taxi service provider will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the ride, except where it is proven to be the direct fault of the driver.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:


The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
